We will provide you the simple HTML code that can be plugged into your current website, if assistance in doing so is needed, we can help at an hourly rate. If you would like custom MLS pages based off of any criteria in the MLS such as price (click to see example) (ex. you can create a page that has listings between $100-$200K or luxury homes over $1 million), criteria (waterfront, golf communities, gated communities, etc.), location (by town, by subdivision, etc.) or property type (vacant land, condos, etc.) they can be added as well at an hourly rate. You can also add the features in our Bonus Upgrade Package including the ability to have a home page featured property slide show rotation, home page MLS quick search, the home scout e-mail update service, custom idx listing display style and more for an additional $25/mo plus hourly set up fee if assistance is needed.
